Order Processing

ABRUPT. products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is submitted for production before shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery

Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production times, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
